Normal loan/Development Loan
Payable in 48 months with a rate of 1% interest on reducing balance.
You must have threeguarantors when applying this loan.
Emergency Loans
Payable in 12 months with a rate of 1% interest on reducing balance. You must have three guarantors when applying this loan. This application should have supporting documents.
School Fees Loans
Payable in 12 months with a rate of 1% interest on reducing balance. You must have three guarantors when applying this loan. This should be supported by fees structure.
Senior School Fees Loan
Payable 24 months with a rate of 1% interest on reducing balance. You must have three guarantors when applying this loan. This should be supported by fees structure.
Instant Loan-
Payable in 1 month with a rate of 10% interest. No guarantors needed for this loan.
Share Capital
The first contributions of kshs 3,000/= must go to this account. This is a legal requirement. This amount is not refundable when one is withdrawing from the Sacco. However one can transfer this amount to another active member who will in return refund him/her the same amount.
Members Deposits
These are savings to the Sacco from the general membership through check off system or from individual members which are remitted to the Sacco on monthly basis. The minimum contribution is Kshs 1000 every month. After six month one is eligible to apply for a loan. Loan is given three times amount of deposit plus share capital when one is applying for the loan. However members are allowed to boost their savings through cash or cheque at any given time.
Youth
Young people are also eligible to be members. However their minimum contribution should not be less than Kshs 500 every month. They are also eligible for any other products offered by the Sacco and all regulations and guidelines apply for the products.
AKIBA SAVINGS SCHEME
This is an optional product where a Members saves with Sacco a minimum of 500/=. A Member can withdraw this amount anytime but all the money from this account is refundable to members before 15th of December of every year. This product was tailored to help our members to have enough money when going for Christmas holidays. However for one to be eligible into this scheme one have to be a member of the Sacco.
